Abakali recognises that it is necessary to carry affirmative action beyond the boundaries of the firm. A positive approach is necessary to disadvantaged communities generally and to the quantity surveying profession as a whole. Abakali vigorously pursues a suitable and effective strategy in both of these directions.
Bursaries are offered to candidates who qualify on merit, with the emphasis being on candidates from previous disadvantaged communities.
