In view of the important role played by quality issues in the operations and objectives of the company, a Total Quality Management System has been established and documented to ensure the following:
* That the processes needed for the Quality Management system, and their sequence and interaction will be identified and addressed.
* That these processes will be effectively controlled.
* That the resources and information needed to support these processes will be made available.
* That these processes will be monitored, measured, analysed and continually improved.
* That the system will be fully documented by means of a quality manual containing policies, objectives and system procedures, supported by operational work instructions and work standards.
* That all records necessary for demonstrating conformance to requirements and for analysis will be held in safekeeping.
